DurhamCares, a Blacknall ministry partner, is seeking a Director of Programs and Operations.

The position will help build and enhance relationships with churches across Durham, creating space for collaboration, discipleship, and faithful ministry with all neighbors. A candidate should be invested in learning Durham’s story and partnering with the array of people and institutions that work to help the city flourish.

Reporting to the DurhamCares Executive Director, and working closely with the executive team, the Director of Programs and Operations will shape and direct the structure, processes, and execution of DurhamCares programs and operations.

Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000

15 vacation days/year, increasing by 1 day/year for every year worked
Two-month sabbatical after six years of full-time employment
