New Season of Sunday School Begins Sept. 13

Our fall season of Sunday School classes begins Sunday, Sept. 13, with groups meeting at 10 a.m. between services. No registration is needed and classes are open to all, including visitors. We offer classes for all ages, from children through adults, and everyone can join at any time, even if you didn't attend a previous semester.

Classes include:

  • The Lord’s Prayer: God’s Reign and Our Response: Every week in worship, we recite the Lord’s Prayer. But what exactly are we saying? What does it mean to pray, for example, “thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven”?

  • Glimpsing the Kingdom: The Parables of Jesus: Jesus taught about life in God's kingdom through imaginative, surprising, and thought-provoking parables. For 2,000 years, these stories have invited people into a deeper understanding of God, the gospel, and discipleship.

  • Global Christian Voices: The Diversity and Wonder of the Body of Christ: What can the Western church learn from our global brothers and sisters about Christian faith and witness?

  • Young Adult Fellowship: What does Christian faith look like in action? Each week, study prayers from the Old and New Testaments and practice how to pray like the writers of the Bible.

  • College-Age Class: Join others for conversation, connection, and time to explore questions of faith. Come deepen friendships, meet new people, and find community as we seek to grow in Christ.

  • Word Alive: Each week, we read a chapter of the Bible and come ready to discuss the main theme, what God was like, and how we can apply those same ideas in our culture.

  • Growing in Grace: An in-depth study of the Gospel of Matthew.
