Our Officer Nominating Committee is seeking your recommendations of Blacknall members who could be candidates for Elder or Deacon.

These roles are pivotal to our life together — and your suggestions can help shape these two leadership groups that care for our congregation. You’re encouraged to make multiple recommendations using our online form!

Elders join our pastors in discerning the vision and direction of Blacknall as we seek to follow Christ and His Word. They show wisdom, spiritual maturity, and leadership gifts in a spirit of compassion toward our Body of believers.
Deacons demonstrate integrity, spiritual maturity, sound judgment, and love for the Body of Christ. They lead the congregation in ministries of compassion and hospitality: caring for people, stewarding our facilities, and serving when we gather in worship or as a community.
