We’ll host Deep Common Journey partner Families Moving Forward on Monday, April 6, for the organization’s monthly party celebrating birthdays for people experiencing homelessness who are staying at its shelter. The event will be held at the organization’s offices on North Queen Street (map).

We’re in need of volunteers to help in a few ways:

Set up, serve food, and clean up: Volunteers can serve at any time between 5:15 - 7:45 p.m.
Lead games and play with kids during the event: This takes place from 6 - 7:30 p.m. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
Help plan the event: Join a virtual meeting to help plan the party’s theme, decorations and more. Date and time is TBD.
