Sunday School Classes Return for Fall Season

The Sunday School class schedule for the summer is live. The semester begins Sunday, Sept. 7 with classes taking place at 10 a.m. between Sunday services.

No registration is needed and classes are open to all, including visitors. Adults can join any of these classes, even if you did not attend a prior semester!

  • Spiritual Practices for a Technological Age (30s, 40s, & Friends): Explore opportunities and challenges to live fully and wholeheartedly in an age of attention-hungry technologies.

  • Word Alive: Listen to God’s voice through 2 Samuel and come each week to discuss main themes and how to apply lessons to our lives and culture.

  • Augustine’s Confessions: Discuss selections from Augustine’s Confessions, a text many consider to be the finest Christian theological work of late antiquity.

  • Community Class: Consider how the Bible and the Desert Fathers and Mothers help us embrace a life that loves the Lord with heart, soul, mind, and strength, and loves our neighbors as ourselves.

  • Young Adult Fellowship: Journey through selections of the Heidelberg Catechism and reflect on essentials of our faith and distinctives of our Presbyterian context.

In our youth classes, middler schoolers will focus on “Relationships in New Testament Letters" and high schoolers spend time with minor prophets. Children’s classes for newborns through fifth grade are also available. Our K - 5 Sunday School uses the interactive “DWELL” curriculum.
