Celebrate the end of summer vacation with a screening of “Paddington 2” on Saturday, Aug. 15, at 6 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. All are welcome to join! Popcorn and water will be provided but pack a marmalade sandwich if you'd like to enjoy the beloved bear's favorite snack.

You don't need to have seen the first film to enjoy “Paddington 2,” but you can borrow it from the Durham County Library if you'd like to catch up! The sequel follows the lovable bear as he takes on a series of odd jobs to buy the perfect present for his Aunt Lucy's 100th birthday — only for the gift to be stolen.

Chairs will be available, but feel free to bring a blanket or sleeping bag if you'd like to get cozy on the floor. Email Candy Richardson with questions.
