Our Men’s Ministry will host a half-day retreat on Saturday, June 6, to offer men of all ages an opportunity to explore lectio divina, a contemplative and meditative way of reading Scripture, and to meet God in silent reflection. The event will be led by JourneyMates, a Raleigh-based spiritual formation ministry, and will include communal and individual prayer, discussion, and practical takeaways for incorporating more introspective time with God into daily life. Bring your Bible, a journal for notes, and an open heart.
The group will meet from 8:30-11:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall.
Coffee will be provided.
