Join an inspiring evening on Saturday, Nov. 1, at DurhamCares' "Advancing the Vision" fundraiser. The free event features a keynote from Rev. Dr. Willie James Jennings, an ordained Baptist minister and professor of systematic theology and Africana studies at Yale Divinity School. Advancing the Vision will run from 6 - 8 p.m. at Duke Memorial United Methodist Church (map).
 
At the event, attendees can donate to DurhamCares, a Blacknall ministry partner that works to create a more caring, connected, and just Durham motivated and guided by Christ. The evening will include a meal from Southern Harvest, testimonies, and performances. You can RSVP by Nov. 1.
