Decio is the Executive Director of Casa Aprisco, a retreat center in development located near Spain's southern coast. Casa Aprisco offers transformational retreat programs to messengers of the gospel, particularly Latinos, who serve in North Africa and the Middle East. Aprisco, meaning "sheepfold," refers to Gods promise in Ezekiel 34:14-16 to care for and restore the weak among his followers like a shepherd tending to his flock.
