Deep Common Journey partner Families Moving Forward is looking for people to host monthly parties to celebrate birthdays for people experiencing homelessness who are staying at its shelter.

These events take place on rotating days each month and are held at the organization’s offices on North Queen Street (map). Volunteering for these events include setting up decorations, serving food, and clean up. There are also opportunities to help with games and play with kids during the event.
