Faith Weiskirch will begin the role of Director of Operations at Blacknall in June. Faith brings 20 years of experience working at The Home Depot, including the last seven years as a store manager. Originally from the Midwest, Faith has lived in the Triangle for 20 years and has been a member of Blacknall since 2019. Deeply committed to following Jesus and rooted in community, Faith is known professionally and by her friends for her servant leadership and being a great listener. In her free time, she loves to fish and do woodworking.

As Blacknall's Director of Operations, Faith will oversee the maintenance, space management, and security of our facilities and property. She will also manage the Church Office and IT infrastructure, coordinate HR functions with the Personnel Committee, monitor the church’s financial health and compliance, maintain essential church records and policies, and supervise support staff and dedicated volunteers.
