Blacknall ministry partner Walltown Neighborhood Ministries, which serves Durham’s hungry, homeless, and less fortunate, will hold its first-ever fundraising event on Sunday, Feb. 22, in the Fellowship Hall. All are welcome to attend the event, which will run from 2 - 3:30 p.m. and include a meal and presentations about the organization’s work caring for our neighbors. Along with increased need among local residents over the past year, Walltown has had several grants discontinued, straining its budget.
