”Knowing Jesus Through the Book of Exodus:
Reading Exodus Within the Whole Story of the Mission of God
with Dr. Christopher J.H. Wright
Mon., June 26 – Thurs., June 29
9 a.m. - 12 p.m., daily
The North Carolina Study Center at UNC, a Blacknall-supported campus partner, invites you to attend four mornings of world-class teaching from prolific author and internationally renowned Bible expositor, Dr. Christopher J.H. Wright!
Through interactive teaching, group discussion, and a manageable amount of assigned reading, Dr. Wright will lead the class an interpretive journey through the book of Exodus, exploring its theological motifs, significance within the canon of Scripture, and anticipations of Christ.
Dr. Wright's teaching will draw from a lifetime of reflection and scholarship on the book of Exodus, including his recent commentary on the book of Exodus (2021), his recent IVP book “Here Are Your Gods: Faithful Discipleship in Idolatrous Times” (2020), and his heralded “Knowing God Through the Old Testament” trilogy.

This event is free but space is limited. Even if you can only join for a portion of the four days, you are welcome to register for the class. If you would like to connect with another Blacknallite atttending, please contact Blacknall member Karl Umble.
