All parents, grandparents, and anyone who is caring for or working with children are invited to attend a discussion,“Talking to Our Children About Trauma and Other Hard Things: A Practical and Godly Response,“ with Blacknall member Dr. Karen Struble. Blacknall Children’s & Nursery Ministries will host this discussion for adults on Saturday, April 22, from 3 - 5 p.m. in the Room 102

Dr. Karen Struble is a psychologist and child therapist who is passionate about coming close to children, helping them find a place of peace, and then hearing their stories — helping them know they are not alone. Our hope is to provide adults in our congregation with some tools and words to help the children in our lives process suffering and other griefs that they are experiencing or may encounter.

Childcare is available for children birth - 5th grade. A pizza dinner will be provided afterward for all who attend and would like to stay.
