Join us in the Fellowship Hall after the second service this Sunday, September 18 for a potluck lunch with Blacknall-supported global workers Jonathan and Rocío Mikes. The Mikeses are based in Charlotte and serve with United World Mission (UWM). Please bring a dish to share if you are able.
Jonathan serves as the Director of Global Ministry at UWM where he provides oversight and support for over 300 regional leaders in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, and North America. He previously served almost 20 years years in Mexico City in a variety of roles: Lead Pastor for La Fuente Church, Regional Leader for UWM, Board Chair for BridgeWay North American School, as well as on the leadership team for the Spearhead (now Avance) program. Jonathan was also Blacknall member and he is a Duke alum.
