It is time again for the Durham CROP Walk! The Walk will take place on April 10 at Duke Chapel at 1:30 p.m.
Last year, Blacknall was the highest fundraiser in Durham. Hopefully, we can give Westminster Presbyterian a "run for their money" again this year!
Please join us as a walker or a donor and help support over a dozen Durham ministries dedicated to the fight against hunger and homelessness. Last year the Durham Walk raised over $160,000, including $40,000 for local ministries.
This year, we’re aiming to raise $2500 — enough to sustainably feed 20 families around the world : 10 goats, 5000 fish, 20 groups of chickens.; or feed five refugee families (four members) for six months in Europe.
"It's just a cup-la miles .. anyone can do it!" - Deanna Koenig (2004).
If you plan to walk, please try to arrive by 2 p.m. The festivities officially start at 1:30 p.m. and the walk steps off at 2:30 p.m. Parking is limited.
Please contact Doug Koenig for more information.
