About Jolie Sifa Kpaka
Over the past five years, Jolie has managed the Advanced Studies Program and International Partnership relations with 17 institutions among six countries across Africa, Europe, and the U.S. by fostering healthy relations and quality delivery of operations. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics Sciences and Management, Financial Management, and Computing Accounting from Université Chrétienne Bilingue du Congo in Beni (UCBC), DRC, and a master’s degree in Strategic Management and Project Management from Daystar University in Nairobi, Kenya. She coordinated the development of CI-UCBC’s five-year strategic plan currently being implemented. Her recent responsibilities at CI-UCBC include looking for partners, seeking their interest in partnering, aligning their interest with the CI-UCBC’s goals, preparing a Memorandum of Understanding with the partner institutions for signature, overseeing communication with partners, and writing and managing grants and projects to support partnership activities and financial processes. As a lecturer, Jolie serves as a member of the Economics faculty and supports the development of course syllabi, assignments, and projects using English as the primary language of instruction.
