Leslie enjoys being at the center of Blacknall life by overseeing the facilities and administration. She is happy to connect with members and guests by any means including unannounced drop-ins to the church office.
A rare native of Durham, Leslie grew up at Blacknall in the awesome '80s. After graduating from Appalachian State (Go Mountaineers!) with degrees in Psychology and French, she realized she was unemployable and pursued a Master of Business Administration at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (Geaux Cajuns!). She is passionate about her nonprofit work in the mental health field, learning foreign languages and having fun with her energetic toddler, Anna, and husband, Del.
