APRIL 27, 3-7p at Camp Chestnut Ridge. Get out that crockpot and those dancing shoes, find your winning chili recipe, and come join in an afternoon of fun in the bucolic woodlands of Mebane. We’ll have both chili and cornbread cookoffs this year. You bring either one, and the church will supply salad, drinks, and dessert. In addition to dancing led by Blacknall’s own Artie Kamiya, you may also want to consider bringing outdoor games, sports equipment, and lawn chairs, or a blanket. Directions will be available at church on 4/27 or online. Instructions for the chili and cornbread cookoffs will be inserted in the bulletin on Sundays 4/20 and 4/27.
