The governing body of the congregation is called the Session. Its members, our Elders, are elected in the spring, normally for three-year terms. The Session exercises its responsibility for the ministry of the congregation through various committees.

The Diaconate, made up of Deacons, serves two major areas of need:

1. ministry of service to the congregation and the community and
2. oversight and maintenance of Blacknall’s buildings and grounds.
